1a. What is your view of the monetary system in the US today?
Too much money is being printed. Expect inflation.
1b. What is primarily responsible for a large percentage of our nation’s current economic, social and political problems?
Economic/social/political problems come from a variety of sources, many of which are associated with the over expansion of government and its intrusion into our private lives.
1c. What corrective actions would you work to implement?
Corrective actions will be too complicated to get into here. We need to hold government accountable and make it transparent.
1d. Do you agree or disagree with the actions the Federal Reserve has taken to address the financial/economic crisis? and why?
Fed has done a poor job. the actions it has taken will cause inflation in the coming year.
2a. What are your thoughts on American sovereignty in an age of globalism?
We have a defined geographic area, the US is recognizsed by other states, and by the UN. We ARE a sovereign nation and have a right to rule ourselves. Globalism today is out of control and unhealthy.
2b.What is the biggest source of influence and actions in US government agencies and policies that has been damaging to American sovereignty?
Obama is the most dangerous official in our history, in my opinion. He is a globalist, an elitist and appears to be trying to drag this great nation down until it resembles a third world country.
2c. What can be done to limit these influences?
We need to stand strong and continue to lead in the world.
3. What are your views on the necessity of the Patriot Act to protect America?
I understand the need to protect our nation. However, when too much power is given to the federal government, it becomes tyrannical and hard to contain. The Patriot Act may have been inspired by the desire to protect, but it can lead to many things that will hurt the United States.
4. What is your opinion on current US foreign policy?
We ought to stop apologizing to the world. We ought to lead, not attempt to become the third world. And, we ought to stop Iran's nuclear ambitions, not coddle Muslim leaders intent on destroying our way of life. We must keep the Chinese in check and not allow Russia to dictate where we place missiles in Europe. Having said this, we should not be the world's policeman. Military soliders are not civil affairs experts to be sent around the world at our expense. Cap and Trade is bad. The world is not hurting from global warming. I could go on but this would be too long to post!
